Seizure of documents (GST)

In case of Harp Resorts Pvt Ltd, Honourable Bombay High Court make a judgement that in case raids are conducted against a taxpayer and all the documents are seized, in absence of said documents, the taxpayer cannot be expected to file reply against the Show Cause Notice issued by the department. Therefore, department was directed to provide the copy of documents to the taxpayer.
